Sporting Memories |
1. Riding a two-up with Dad
when I was 12 and having to
shout at him to slow down as I
could not physically spin my
top-gear any faster.
2. Grass track racing with the
Rovers on my Raleigh Winner
3. Winning my first road-race at
Eastway – Dad was there which
was nice
4. Racing in France – it’s so
hard - different gravy to over
here
5. Touring New Zealand / Cuba |

Claims to
fame |
As a freelance writer I’ve
written a number of articles on
the subject of cycling and in
doing so I’ve had the good
fortune to meet / speak to quite
a few well known riders. I still
get a buzz from doing this.
My other claim to fame is
that I was lucky enough to be
out on my bike with Andrew
Elderfield when he spotted a
‘Labradeer’ in deepest darkest
Suffolk. |
