News Summary

• 30/10/2010: Wyatt Wendells tackled the Tour of the Peak Cyclo-sportive covering the 78 miles and 7800 feet of climbing in 7 hours 25 mins.
• 16-17/10/2010: Andrew Elderfield racing a number of events at the LVRC National Track Championship. On the first day Andy was 6th fastest in the flying 200m, finished in the top 12 in the 15km points race and qualified for the semi finals in the sprints. On the second day Andy won bronze in the 750m TT and finished 7th in the 15km scratch race which averaged just over 50km/h!
• 10/10/2010: VC Revolution were well represented at the final round of the Mud Sweat And Gears mountain bike series an event run in Hylands Park, with bright sunshine and a packed field. Paul Thomas finished in 7th place with his best result for the series. Richard Jones, a dirt jumper who had never been on a mountain bike and never used spd's finished in 32nd place. In the veteran male class, Bob Bardell was a creditable 29th and he has been consistantly improving during the series. Full results available on the Mud Sweat and Gears website
• 10/10/2010: Hugo Hocknell finished 48th at the National Trophy Cyclo-cross Round 1 in Abergavenny. Full results available here.
